My Story
Before guiding others, I had to find my way back to myself.
Dear beautiful human being,
my name is Anaïs (uh-nuh-ees) and Body Mystika™ is the space I longed for when I was lost inside my own body’s pain, a sanctuary where science, somatics, and the energy of the awakening feminine finally meet.
Years ago, my health, my energy, and my sense of self collapsed.
After a painful loss, my period stopped prematurely, and I quantum leaped into perimenopause at a very young age. It felt unfair.
And it was a devastating transition.
Memories and traumas from my past began to resurface and unravel, affecting my daily life in ways I couldn’t control.
I started experiencing burnout, chronic symptoms, intense anxiety, and insomnia.
I felt like something pushed me out of my own skin. I couldn’t feel myself anymore.
My body was changing in a way I didn’t understand.
I kept pushing through — until my system gave out completely. I began trying to find answers, sought out healing techniques, and explored multiple therapies trying to restore my health.
Eventually I became bed bound and It felt like a dead end.
But something in me knew there had to be another way.
What shifted everything wasn’t looking for more diets, more therapies, or more effort.
It was learning to relate to my body and my experience differently.
To understand and work with my nervous system — not as something broken, but as something that had adapted, protected, and held more than I realized.
To meet the emotions I had never been able to process — not with resistance, but with compassion.
To dismantle the patterns of thinking and behaving that were consuming my energy and peace.
But all of this was only leading me to something deeper.
What once felt like breakdown, once I accepted it, it began to reveal itself as initiation.
An initiation into a different way of relating to myself, my body, and my life.
This was about reconnecting with the feminine current of life —
my voice, my essence, the part of me that had been buried underneath all of it.
Slowly, as I felt more comfortable and safe in my body ,I began to re-inhabit my own skin, to feel, to breathe, to trust life again.
My symptoms softened, and eventually disappeared.
My energy returned.
And something in me came back online.
It felt like a rebirth.
Out of that, Body Mystica™ and its first offering,The Rising Phoenix, were born.

• Softening the impulse to control or fix your experience
• Using breath and movement to shift your internal state

• Letting emotions stored in the Heart-womb move without being carried away by them
